Airtight knowledge vaults (isolated RAG)
Your information is never pooled. On ingestion, the system uses a Retrieval-Augmented Generation architecture segregated per workspace. Agents operate exclusively on your single source of truth: no agent can cross the data boundary between clients.

Zero training (Zero Data Retention)
This is our red line. Connections to the underlying model providers run exclusively through enterprise APIs under strict Zero Data Retention agreements. Your invoices, contracts and data will never be used to train public models: the extracted intelligence stays in your database.

GDPR and automatic purging
Privacy by design. In transient tools such as the X-Ray Sandbox, automated purge processes destroy the physical files and temporary databases, honouring the right to erasure by default. Whatever you don't need to keep, the machine destroys.

Governance and Zero-Inbox validation
You keep absolute control. We believe in robotic delegation, not human replacement: the engine proposes, extracts and classifies, but the ledger entry always requires your explicit validation.
